Refund Policy

At Rakki Kado, we take great care in ensuring every order is packed accurately and securely. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do make exceptions in the following circumstances.

Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

We will only accept returns or issue refunds in the event of:

  • Wrong item received — You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Item damaged during shipping — Your order arrived with damage caused during transit.

How to Report an Issue

If your order falls under either of the above cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

To report an issue, please email us at hello@rakki-kado.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item(s) received and the packaging

Resolution

Once we review your claim and it is approved, we will offer either a replacement of the correct item or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Claims made after 24 hours of receiving the order
